BIODYNAMIC COMPOST

Productive Kitchen Garden - Application for top dressing / fertilising - 2ags per 5m2 scratch & water in, cover with mulch

First Crop - Making new beds for planting or first application / deep soil conditioning- 3-4bags per 5M2 (Incorporate/aerate into top 15cm, deep rip subsoil if possible)

Compost starter - sprinkle generously throughout the pile, 1 bag per 1m3 of compost (home) 1 bag per 10m3 commercial.

Farm Application - 6-14T/acre

Our Biodynamic Compost is very High in Hummus and Fulvic Acid - the glue of the soil. Providing a storage bank for minerals, nutrients and water, whilst feeding and housing soil microbes. Best used in combination with Palagonite minerals, to break down the minerals and make them.available for uptake into the plant.

LIVING ROCK MINERALS

Apply as a fertiliser and remineraliser to all soil types.

Kitchen Garden application - 1/4 to 1/2 bag(Forests) per 5m2 every 3 months for greatest soil conditioning.

Ornamental / Light Eating Garden- 1/4 bag every 6 months is enough to nourish the soil.

Fruit/nut/native Trees - 3-4 handfuls dusted around the base of the trees. Apply minerals first, then compost, then mulch. This will ensure the microbes travel down into your soil and attract earthworms.

Farm Application - 6T/acre

Mulch over the top of your beds with lucerne for best results, as earthworms favour this particular combination however any mulch you have locally is good mulch! - just stick to grassy/straw mulches for veg and woods mulch for forests/trees

BIODYNAMIC LIVING POTTING SOIL

Transplanting into or re-potting : Fill soil to the bottom of the plants root system, then plant the tree and fill the rest of the pot, leaving 4cm from the top, once panted, try not to push down firmly. but rather gently just to secure it in place - then flood irrigate the pot and let the water do the work. repeat the flood irrigation again, right to the top of the pot to set the plant up for good. you will not need to do this again for a week or two sending on location - and just one flood per watering. cover with a nice mulch once you have set the pot up. a mix of grass clipping, leaves and small twigs are best at about 70% grass, 20% leaves 10% twigs - this can also be used as a fertilising mulch down the track by adding in about 20% Biodynamic compost into the mix and 1 handful of living roc minerals.
